clients.

business plan is simple: create a repeat/referral client
base through accurate, valuable assistance. We provide engineering

meet our clients’ needs, with highest regard for professional
standards and
business ethics. We work thoroughly to make informed decisions, and

President,
Reen Foley, brings project management, software development and
research skills to the company to complement Roger Sharp’s
background in transportation engineering and planning. He has over 30
years experience in transportation planning, travel demand forecasting,
