Foley & Sharp, Inc. was established on July 9, 2007 as a WBE to offer our years of experience in providing engineering services to our clients. 

Our business plan is simple: create a repeat/referral client base through accurate, valuable assistance. We provide engineering services to meet our clients’ needs, with highest regard for professional standards and business ethics. We work thoroughly to make informed decisions, and include our clients in the decision-making process.

President, Reen Foley, brings project management, software development and research skills to the company to complement Roger Sharp’s background in transportation engineering and planning. He has over 30 years experience in transportation planning, travel demand forecasting, project planning and design. Foley & Sharp are offering services in the following principal areas:
