The following report documents the traffic impacts of the Morning Star School situated in the Arlington area of Jacksonville, Florida. The school is located on the east side of Mickler Road just south of Larkin Drive. There are four residential dwelling units located on the west side of Mickler Road opposite Morning Star School.
