Ghyabi Lassiter & Associates, Inc. (GLA) was retained by The Cochran Group to conduct a traffic signal warrant study at the proposed Wickham Road/Technology Drive intersection. The study assumed that Phase I of the hospital (122,855 gsf) and the 46,896 gsf medical office building would be fully constructed and operational by December 1, 2002. In addition, access to the Space Coast Credit Union will be provided via Technology Drive.
