traffic study and (2) two signal warrant studies for the existing
No-Build an two Build alternative conditions, to coordinate with the
widening of Girvin Road
located in Jacksonville, Florida. Girvin Road currently is planned to
be widened
to a 4-lane urban collector by the First Coast MPO and is programmed
for fiscal years
2002/2003 thru 2006/2007. The study included capacity analyses for
current year 2003,
2010, and 2025. |
