This
report documents the traffic impacts of the proposed Publix Shopping
Center in the City of
Holly Hill, Florida. The project is located at the US l/Calle Grande
intersection. The proposed development will consist of a 57,800
square-foot shopping center and a one-acre out-parcel. The out-parcel
trip
generation is based on The Institute of Transportation Engineers
Fast-Food Restaurant with Drive-Through Land Use. The project was
scheduled to be completed in 2001.
